a little clarity about your information

in her process atelier is a space for writing, learning, readings, and personal reflection, created by kaice alea. this policy explains how information is used when you visit www.inherprocess.studio, create an account, or take part in an offering. contact hello@inherprocess.com with privacy questions or requests.

what you choose to share

we collect the information needed to provide the features you use. this can include your name and email; account and membership details; purchases; birth date, birth time, birthplace, and chart preferences; reading bookings and intake answers; and messages, voice notes, comments, or reflections you submit. account providers also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as cookies, session identifiers, and connection logs.

optional body-and-moon check-ins can include period-start dates, flow, energy, feelings, and notes. these can be sensitive health-related details. this feature is optional, requires your choice to save a check-in, and is separate from the shared member space. it does not connect to apple health or other tracking apps.

signing in with google

if you choose google sign-in, google provides basic account information, such as your name, email address, account identifier, and profile image if available. we use this information to authenticate you and associate your account with your membership and purchases. member google sign-in does not request access to gmail, google drive files, contacts, or calendars.

we do not sell google account data or use it for targeted advertising. you can remove the app’s google access through your google account’s third-party connections settings. removing google access does not automatically cancel a paid membership or delete information already held in your atelier account. contact us for account deletion or help accessing your account another way.

how information supports your experience

we use information to provide account access, deliver purchases and readings, personalize charts and practices, manage billing, respond to messages, and send account or service updates. birth details and relevant location information are processed by our astrology and place-lookup providers to calculate the features you request. optional cycle check-ins are stored for your account; the check-in details are not sent to the astrology service or published to the membership.

email sign-in is provided through supabase. the website and stored content use sites and cloudflare infrastructure. stripe processes payments; resend delivers website emails; acuity handles reading bookings; and google supports google sign-in and the studio’s separately authorized calendar and meeting features. these providers process information needed for their respective services and apply their own privacy policies. full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored in the atelier’s application database.

private spaces and shared spaces

reading recaps, assigned resources, private messages, and cycle check-ins are associated with the relevant account rather than published as community posts. kaice and authorized service administrators may access information needed to operate the service and provide support. shared gems are visible to paying members when you choose to share them. comments are visible wherever the associated post’s access rules allow. avoid posting someone else’s private information without permission. we cannot control copies or screenshots another member makes of material you share with them.

emails and your choices

newsletter subscriptions use email confirmation. you can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. account, security, booking, billing, or purchase-related communications may still be sent when needed to provide the service. membership access controls which paid content is available to you.

you can edit information through the available account controls and remove individual cycle check-ins. contact hello@inherprocess.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of other account information. we may need to verify the request. some transaction, security, legal, or backup records may need to remain after a request; we will explain any applicable limits.

storage and changes

we retain information as needed to provide the features you use and meet applicable business, security, and legal needs. service providers may process information in countries other than your own. no online service can promise absolute security.

we may update this policy as the service changes. the published version will show its effective date, and material changes affecting existing accounts will be communicated through the website or email where appropriate.
