a space to return to

these terms explain the use of www.inherprocess.studio and the writing, memberships, classes, readings, and member spaces offered through in her process atelier by kaice alea. questions can be sent to hello@inherprocess.com.

your account

use accurate information and keep your sign-in access secure. purchases and private resources are associated with your verified account email. use the same email when purchasing, booking, or signing in with google so we can recognize your access. contact us if those addresses differ. an account does not include every paid offering; access depends on your purchase or membership.

memberships, purchases, and bookings

prices, currency, included features, and billing frequency are shown before purchase. monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. use membership & billing to review available plan changes and cancellation options. any timing or proration details shown before confirming a billing change apply to that change.

purchased classes and reading resources appear in your account when available. an offering marked coming soon is not a promise that lessons, calls, or booking availability already exist. readings currently require a 50% deposit at booking. for a $199 session, the deposit is $99.50 and the remaining $99.50 is collected after the reading. marking a reading completed does not currently charge the balance automatically. reading availability and any booking-specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions are shown through the booking experience.

for billing problems, refund requests, or rescheduling help, contact hello@inherprocess.com. requests are reviewed individually, subject to the purchase or booking conditions disclosed to you and any rights required by applicable law. these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

reflection, learning, and your own discernment

the writing, astrology, human design, moon practices, readings, and travel reflections are offered for education, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection. they are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or fertility advice. charts and interpretations are not guarantees about events, relationships, health, or outcomes. birth information, time zones, calculation methods, and house systems can affect results. your lived experience and judgment remain part of every decision.

optional body-and-moon check-ins record observations you choose to enter. they do not diagnose conditions or predict ovulation, fertility, or your next period. seek qualified support when you need professional care or advice.

care for the shared space

there is room for uncertainty, questions, and learning to trust yourself. treat other members with care. do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or share another person’s private information without permission. shared gems are member-visible; private messages and check-ins have different access rules. avoid posting anything you would not want the intended audience to see.

we may moderate content or restrict account features when needed to address misuse, protect participants, or meet legal obligations. where a paid account is affected, we will explain the action and how to contact us, unless doing so would create a safety or legal issue.

writing, recordings, and resources

atelier writing, class materials, readings, and recordings are provided for your personal use unless a separate permission says otherwise. do not redistribute paid materials, share account credentials, or publish another participant’s contributions without permission. you retain rights in your own contributions and allow us to store and display them as needed for the features and audience you choose.

calls may have replays when recordings are made and shared. recording arrangements and participant notice should be provided before a call is recorded. a replay is not guaranteed for every event.

service changes and contact

features, availability, and third-party services can change or experience interruptions. material changes to a paid offering or these terms will be communicated through the website or email as appropriate. contact hello@inherprocess.com for account support, questions, or concerns.
